SUPER EASY VEGGIE SANDWICH RECIPE

This recipe is FUN, EASY, YUMMY.  It is an interesting combo and you’ll be surprised how delicious it is :)  

Even if you don’t have a panini press, you can always press in the pan with olive oil and a spatula.

Sandwich after Pressing

Start with:

German Bread (this is a healthier bread than the regular processed bread, as it contains more whole grains)

Cheese (I like pecorino or a sharp, more firm cheese)

Arugula

Nectarines or white peaches.

Then:

Spread some Olive oil on two pieces of bread.   Press both pieces with a Panini press, or in a pan with a spatula.

Then:

Place a small bit of each ingredients onto one side of the bread.

Then:

Place a second piece of bread on top and PRESS.

Wait 1-3 minutes, and VOILA!  Healthy, Gooey, Yummy, Delicious!
